During our first contact with you, we will establish clear terms up front, no haggling over broker fees or commissions and no dishonesty and confusion for you to face with “hidden fees” along the way.  We’ve been there and sold aircraft privately ourselves as pilots so we know the fears you face and we are here to provide you this professional service for  a reasonable cost.   From our first initial conversation, we will set up cost arrangements so you’ll know what to expect.  We’ll handle all the “legwork” of the sales process and all you have to do is make sure we understand your expectations then sit back, relax, and wait for us to call you with the great news “your aircraft has been sold”!

Professionally demonstrating the aircraft for sale at the buyer’s convenience is one of the most important steps to making a sale.  With our pilots available and on call 24 hours/7 days a week, we’ll provide your aircraft with showings that are “quality” not just “quantity”.

How an aircraft is maintained can be the most important factor in assuring the plane’s reliability and value. With an in-house FAA-authorized repair station and hangar facilities, C&Y offers you “quality” maintenance of your aircraft as well as hangar facilities if you choose to store it during the sales period and beyond.

Closing on the sale of an aircraft is the most important step in the process and one that you want to ensure is handled with the utmost attention to detail.  With years of experience in general aviation, we know how to close the sale without missing the “important details”.  From the pre-purchase inspection to financing arrangements and negotiation of the sales price, we’ll handle the entire transaction and work as a team with you to ensure that “as promised from the beginning” we work diligently to meet your expectations and achieve the best return on your investment.

Selecting an aircraft is one of the most important decisions you will ever make, “we get that”.  As a pilot owned and operated FBO we know how important your investment will be.   Our first step is to get to know you, our customer; we will conduct thorough needs analyses so we can profile the appropriate aircraft for you.  Our next step is in identifying and locating the right aircraft — brand-new or previously owned — at the right price. We use your personal specifications as our guide and with our broad range of experience and extensive contacts in the marketplace, we can help find the best aircraft to meet your needs, sometimes even before it’s been officially placed on the market.

The Right Research

Once an aircraft has been located, our maintenance staff work to ensure that your potential investment is a sound one. We’ll research the logbooks, maintenance and service history to verify that the aircraft meets the highest safety and appearance standards, thus ensuring the security of your investment. We’ll then arrange for a complete third-party pre-purchase inspection to further investigate the quality of the aircraft and to identify any maintenance issues that should be resolved before any money changes hands.
